A country where the avg. person makes $4k a year cannot be that powerful, I'm afraid. And once inflation hits and their economy overheats countries which actually make China what it is (USA, West Europe etc.) will move on to find other sources of cheap labor. China's industry and economy may have improve ****tons in the recent years, but they are by no means the most powerful country in the world.
